I am a Young Principal Investigator at the School of Data Science, Fudan University. Before joining Fudan University, I obtained my DPhil/PhD from the FMRIB Analysis Group, Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging, University of Oxford.

My research focuses on developing AI and statistical methodologies for integrating brain imaging, genetics, multi-omics, behavioural and clinical data, with the goal of understanding human brain organization, disease mechanisms and clinically relevant phenotypes. A particular emphasis of my work is on large-scale population neuroscience, imaging genetics, multimodal biomedical data integration, and foundation models for biomedical and neuroimaging applications.

As a first/co-first or corresponding author, I have published work in journals including Nature Communications, Molecular Psychiatry, Medical Image Analysis, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging and NeuroImage. My research has been supported by several national and municipal funding programmes, including the Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) of the NSFC, the National Science and Technology Major Project, the Shanghai Basic Research Special Zone Program, the Shanghai Magnolia Talent Program, and the NSFC Young Scientists Fund.
